Tasks:

• Preparation of company and industry research

• Peer group analysis and comparable transaction analysis

• Supporting on the preparation of presentations and information memoranda

Requirements:

• Enrolled in university. All subjects/courses of study are considered. Outstanding exam results.

• Interest in corporate finance

• Team oriented, self starter, ability to work under deadline / time pressure

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluency in German and English.

Lincap is looking to make a hire of an analyst for M&A and Debt Advisory. Location of the position is in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The analyst is expected to be an integral part of the (deal) team. As analysts are offered training in-house, all subjects/courses of study are considered.

Tasks:

• Preparation of company and industry research

• Peer group analysis and comparable transaction analysis

• Preparation of presentations and information memoranda

• Financial modelling

• Monitoring of market developments and transaction through external data platforms

Requirements:

• Completed university studies (preferably master’s or equivalent degree) with outstanding results

• Interest in corporate finance

• Team oriented, self starter, ability to work under deadline / time pressure

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluency in German and English.
